What kind of problem? You have the FWID and still Floola says it’s wrong?

No, I was talking about the issue from Aholiab.
Floola crashing after clicking on the save button.

Get FWID ipod nano from MAC here :
1. Open Disk Utility (depends on your version of Mac OS X)
2. Click on the Apple IPod Media
3. Look at the bottom of the screen, find USB Serial Number : XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
