To start with to be honest I’m not very techno savy. Here’s my story
used floola on my ipod for past 3-4 years worked great.
I was rushing and added songs using floola desktop by mistake when all previous songs had been added via the ipod version. Now when I open floola is crashes within a few seconds of opening it. The message says “artwork load error:artworkDB lenght”.
I would prefer to not loose the music I have as I have a number of playlist’s which I use in my spin class. I simply want to be able to add music again.

Go into the hidden itunes directory on the ipod, treat it like a usb drive. Cut all the artwork file from within the artwork directoy to your desktop.
Run floola, have it rebuild your artwork.
