This issue has been discussed in other threads, but I have not found a definitive solution yet. For some weird reason I can add most songs to my iPod shuffle, but when I try to add a couple Floola (latest version) crashes every time. I have ruled out the posibility of a corrupt .mp3 file and I have tried ‘reinstalling’ Floola to the iPod to no avail. I will provide more details if anyone needs more info, but I love Floola and am hoping someone will be able to assist me in resolving this frustrating issue. Thanks in advance.

if it’s crashing repetitively on a specific file send it to me via email and I’ll see what can be done.

The file has been sent. Actually there are two .mp3 files from the same album that cause this crash to occur.

Thanks again for your help. I can’t say enough how much I love Floola. I’ve got a little extra in my PayPal account that will be coming your way soon.

Hi,

I didn’t receive the email. I’ve sent you an email from a different account (gmail) since it’s probably an issue with the size of the files you’ve attached.

Thanks for the new e-mail address. I just re-sent the file.

Tried adding your track in WinXP. Floola wouldn’t even start to add the track, mean it was a problem with your tags. Loaded the mp3 in Kid3 tag editor, my fav, but any should do, deleted some info (picture, all itunes and UFID) from Tag 2. Saved and it works.

You probably don’t have to delete all tags I did, but thats what works for me.

Note: that this song added fine in Mac and Linux, just windows has problems.

Post if you have any more troubles…
