When I start floola it loads indefinitely and freezes. When I try to close floola I get a message “deviceartworkDB.checkITHMBfiles”. When I try to use itunes I get “error message 13019: unable to sync files”. My ipod works fine when not connected to floola. Please help! I am not great with computers.

go into ipod_control folder, might be hidden, cut all the files in the artwork dir to another location. Run Floola. It should work now.
