Hello, not sure whether to put this in bugs or not. I spent hours putting all my album art on the ipod with floola, and suddenly it was all gone, but viewable under “albums” on the ipod. The ITHMB files are around 128mb so I presume the art is still on there? I get this error when exiting floola:

iPodArtworkDB.checkITHMBfiles

I have the latest version of floola, but it wont let me add any more, or try to rebuild, all the options are in grey! Can anyone please help me to recover the time I spent!? Thanks very much, really like the program, apart from this mishap!

Save artwork to file. Then delete the artwork dir in ipod_control. Then rebuild artwork.

Thanks a lot! But I cant even click on the option for rebuilding the artwork as its in grey, I cant do anything in Floola, all the options (apart from last.fm, and advanced options) are hidden! Any ideas? Thanks!

The final awsome simple and working solution for this:

Thinking about “well, it can’t get any worse” and also facing greyed menu entries under “Artwork…” I renamed the Artwork directory to “_Artwork” (mainly for backup purposes), created a new hidden directory “Artwork”, started Floola and was able to get the ArtworkDB fully rebuilt from the contents of the MP3s again as all menu entries were available again.

Hope this helps and have a great new 2010! :)

Thanks a Ton!!! I finally got floola working again using your advice and then i selected tools>advanced>repair artwork and voila there they were! all the pics working beautifully, moving around on the interface.

Again, Wonderful Solution.

This problem is really common to apple users. I also experienced this one, and one site helped me in this dilemma -http://www.ultrafileopener.com/formats/ithmb/

I hope this will help also. :)
